1. Loop the elastic strap around the headrest so the pillow hangs on the front face of the seatback, at the height of the gap below the headrest.
2. Sit in the seat, lean back, and slide the pillow up or down until its contoured centre meets the curve of your neck — your head should rest on the pillow, not be pushed forward by it.
3. Settle the strap so the pillow stays at that height. Repeat on the passenger seat. That is the whole installation — and reversing it is just as fast.

Is this one pillow or a pair?

How does it attach to the seat?
An elastic strap on the back of each pillow loops around the headrest. It holds the pillow against the top of the seatback, you slide it to your neck height, and it stays there. Nothing is glued, clipped into the seat or modified — unstrap it and the seat is exactly as it was.

Will it push my head forward?
No — that is what the shape prevents. At 9 cm thick with a scooped centre, the pillow fills the gap behind your neck rather than stacking padding behind your head. Set it so the wings cradle your neck and your head rests back into it; if it feels high, slide it down the strap until it disappears under you.

Is the filling really memory foam?
