Fitment Guide
The vehicle badge is only the starting point. BYD model names and specifications can vary between countries, production years and powertrains. Before ordering a model-specific accessory, identify the details that affect its shape, mounting points, connection or installation position.
1. Confirm the complete model name
Use the name shown in your registration document, owner app or official vehicle information. Similar names are not automatically interchangeable. BYD SPOT keeps SEAL, SEAL 6 and SEAL 7 separate; SEALION 7 is also separate from SEAL 7. The larger BYD DOLPHIN is not grouped with DOLPHIN SURF, SEAGULL or DOLPHIN MINI unless a product specifically supports both.
2. Check regional names and related models
Some vehicles use different names in different markets. ATTO 3 is related to YUAN PLUS. ATTO 1 may be sold as DOLPHIN SURF, SEAGULL or DOLPHIN MINI. SEAL U, SEALION 6 and SONG PLUS may share compatibility for some products, but EV and DM-i versions, years and regional specifications can still differ. 3. Confirm model year and production period
Interior layouts, screens, connectors, mounting points, key shapes and exterior details may change during a model’s life. Use the supported year range shown on the product page. If the listing says “2024+,” confirm that the pictured console, screen, port or body detail matches your vehicle.
4. Confirm the powertrain
Check whether your vehicle is battery electric, DM-i plug-in hybrid or another documented configuration. Charging-port accessories, cables, cargo layouts, floor areas and some exterior components can differ. ATTO 2 EV / YUAN UP is kept separate from ATTO 2 DM-i for this reason.
5. Confirm LHD or RHD
Left-hand-drive and right-hand-drive vehicles can have different console shapes, dashboard layouts, driver-side floor areas and control positions. This matters especially for floor mats, console organizers, dashboard trim and certain phone mounts. Choose an LHD or RHD variant only when it matches your vehicle.
6. Check product-specific details

How to ask for fitment help
Send us the product link, desired variant, country, complete vehicle model, model year, powertrain and LHD or RHD configuration. Include a clear photo of the relevant area when possible. We will state what is supported, what remains uncertain and what you should compare. If the relevant detail cannot be verified, we recommend not ordering until it can be confirmed.
