2. Offer the ring up to the door without peeling the backing and match the notches and latch cut-outs to the door — the shape only sits one way.
3. Peel the red backing film, align the ring, and press it home section by section, working around the full perimeter with firm thumb pressure.
4. Close the door and leave it shut for 24 hours while the adhesive reaches full strength — keep the door area dry and do not soak it with water during that first day. After that, charge and wash exactly as normal.

What does this actually protect?

Will the door still close properly?
Yes — with a firmer press. The silicone compresses as the door latches, and that compression is the seal working. Does it interfere with charging?

Yes. Yuan Plus is the ATTO 3's original name — choose "ATTO 3 / YUAN PLUS". Dolphin Surf and Seagull are the ATTO 1 under other market names — choose "ATTO 1 / DOLPHIN SURF / SEAGULL". Yuan UP is covered by "ATTO 2 EV / YUAN UP".

Can it handle motorway rain, pressure washers and winter?
Yes. Silicone stays flexible in freezing weather and does not soften or age in summer heat, and the full-perimeter adhesive bond keeps the ring seated on the door. Fit it to a clean, dry surface, give the adhesive its first 24 hours undisturbed, and it stands up to rain, road spray and normal car washing.

Can I remove it later?
Yes. Warm the door edge gently with a hair dryer, peel the ring away slowly, and roll off any tape residue with your thumb or adhesive remover. Nothing was drilled or cut, so the door returns to exactly its factory state.
