This is a four-piece door sill protector set shaped for the BYD SHARK 6 — two long plates for the front doors and two short plates for the rear doors. Each plate is a metal SHARK-lettered panel set into a black frame with ribbed anti-slip tread zones at both ends, and the whole set bonds onto the sills with the full-length adhesive strips already applied to the backs. Pick your finish, peel, press, and every doorway in the truck is armored.

• Black — gloss black plate with silver SHARK lettering. Stealthy, matches black trim and bull-bar styling.
• Carbon Fiber Style — silver-grey carbon weave plate with white SHARK lettering. The sportiest finish, ties in with carbon-look interior trim.

All four options are the complete 4-piece set in the same construction — the finish of the metal plate is the only difference.

1. Wash the sills and let them dry fully, then wipe each sill with an alcohol prep pad. Adhesive needs bare, clean paint — no wax, no dressing.
2. Match each plate to its doorway: long plates forward, short plates rearward. Offer each one up before peeling so the position feels familiar.
3. Peel the backing from both adhesive strips, align the plate along the sill, and press it home from one end to the other.
4. Run firm pressure along the full length of every plate, then leave the truck unwashed for 24 hours while the bond reaches full strength.

Are the plates illuminated?
No — there is no wiring and no LED. The lettering is bright metal against the plate finish, which is why it reads so clearly in daylight photos. What you gain is zero electrical work: peel and stick, finished.

Do I get plates for all four doors?
Yes. Every option is the full set of four: the two long plates go on the front sills and the two short plates on the rear sills, covering every doorway the truck has.

Will they handle work boots and site grit?
That is their home turf. The metal face takes the abrasion that would otherwise strip sill paint, and the ribbed ends are molded tread, not print — they keep their grip and their looks under daily boot traffic.

How do they attach — will they peel off in heat or rain?
Each plate carries two adhesive strips running its full length, so the bond is continuous rather than a few pads. Fitted to clean, wax-free paint and given 24 hours before the first wash, the plates stay put through summer heat, pressure washing and highway driving.

Can they be removed later?
Yes. Warm a plate gently with a hair dryer to soften the adhesive, ease it up slowly, and clean any residue with adhesive remover. The sill paint underneath has been protected by the plate the entire time it was fitted.

Which finish suits a white / black / blue truck?
Silver is the all-rounder and the one shown fitted in the photos. Black disappears into dark paintwork and black trim packages, Blue is made for blue trucks and anyone who wants the doorway to pop, and Carbon Fiber Style pairs with sporty, carbon-accented builds.
